Refund & Return Policy

At Maison Lovéa Paris, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process for our US and international customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original luxury packaging with all security tags and brand labels still attached.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at contact@loveaparis.fr with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
