1. Made-to-Order Production

To ensure the highest quality and reduce environmental impact, all our dresses are made on demand after your order is confirmed.
• Production Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our artisans to craft your gown.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has passed our rigorous quality control, it is shipped via our premium international carriers.
• Delivery Time: 15 to 20 business days after the production phase is complete.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. No matter where you are, we bring Parisian elegance to your door at no extra cost.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (outside of France), import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
